Cacao has many health benefits that will enhance the whole expierence. More blood and therfore more oxygen flows to your brain, your heart space opens and tryptophan helps with deep relaxation. The vibrations from the bowls will work on every cell in your body. I work with seven hand made tibetan bowls - one for each of the main chakras. They will tune your engery centers so your life force can flow freely and your bodies healing capacity runs on its full potential. The sound of the smaller bowls will change your brainwaves so you can relax deeply in a meditative state. After the session you will feel calm, centered and refreshed.
